Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with GET UP IN THERE Outfitters! All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the product type and demand.
Please note that some of our products are made to order, which means they are created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Shipping Times (after processing):
- USA: 3-7 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Multiple Items: If you order multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive at different times depending on the supplier or fulfillment method.
International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
